The fine print.
Renters born after January 1, 1989 are required to hold a valid boater safety certificate. Click HERE if you do not have one.
Renters are responsible for any damage to boats, and/or loss of equipment. In addition, there will be a cleaning fee assessed for any boat brought back in need of special cleaning.
No pets allowed on rental boats.
Renters must notify Sunny Day Boat Rentals of defective or non-working equipment.
A security deposit is required for all rentals. If charges incurred during the rental period exceed the amount of the security deposit the customer is responsible for the balance.
Sunny Day Boat Rentals reserves the right to refuse a rental or terminate an existing rental for any reason.
Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Rentals canceled due to inclement weather may only be rescheduled, not refunded. No refunds will be granted for early returns.
No rental boat may be operated during the hours of darkness. Late returns will be subject to a late fee.
No Person other than the renter and those listed as approved drivers may operate the rental boat.
Multi-Day rentals must have a proper boat lift in order to keep the boat overnight.
Renters must obey all instructions, commands, posted placards, and all applicable state laws while boating.
